At Sajawal Jewellers, we deal in genuine gold and certified diamond jewellery. Due to the nature of precious metals and daily fluctuations in gold and diamond market rates in Pakistan, our refund and exchange policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds on any gold or diamond jewellery once the purchase is completed.

All sales are considered final due to:

• Fluctuating gold rates
• Customized jewellery designs
• Precious metal valuation standards

We request customers to review their selected item carefully before confirming the purchase.

2. Exchange Policy (Gold Jewellery)

Gold jewellery may be eligible for exchange under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in original condition.
• The original purchase invoice must be provided.
• Exchange value will be calculated according to the current gold rate in Pakistan at the time of exchange.
• Making charges are non-refundable and may be deducted.
• Any damage, alteration, or missing parts may reduce exchange value.

Final exchange amount will be determined after product inspection.

3. Exchange Policy (Diamond Jewellery)

For diamond jewellery:

• Exchange may be considered only after proper inspection.
• Diamond valuation will be based on quality, weight, and current market value.
• Certification (if provided at purchase) must be returned.
• Customized diamond pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange decisions for diamond jewellery are made at management’s discretion.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

• Customized or made-to-order jewellery
• Bridal sets designed on special request
• Name-engraved or altered jewellery
• Items purchased during special promotions or discounted sales

5. Delivery Orders (Lahore Only)

• We currently offer delivery within Lahore.
• 100% advance payment is required for all delivery orders.
• Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
• Customers must check the item at the time of receiving delivery.

6. Book & Store Pickup Option

Customers may book any available gold or diamond jewellery article and collect it directly from our showroom in Lahore. All refund and exchange policies apply to both delivery and pickup orders.
